What you'll do:

As a Preferred Banking Advisor, you will be a single point of contact responsible for executing the full client life cycle for clients. You will exemplify the department's "sales, service, operations" philosophy through client interactions. You will respond to and resolve client requests and provide expert advice and guidance for these clients utilizing products and services such as treasury management, loans, and commercial, and personal accounts. What we are looking for:

Respond to client requests and engage in proactive client communication to execute the complete client life cycle and achieve client satisfaction.

Identify and capitalize on opportunities to promote Bank products through analysis of client patterns and needs.

Own the information flow and communication for technical and operational processes and requirements, risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer service. Fosters good working relationships with leadership across the bank divisions and departments.

Meet or exceed service level standards including customer service, turn-around time, cross-selling goals, risk management and regulatory compliance, audit soundness, productivity, and efficiency.

You will also support leadership business initiatives.

Participates in the preferred banker career experience journey by achieving and exceeding department metrics, completing training sessions, and demonstrating knowledge through customer and team interactions.

What you need to have:

High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred. 

Three (3) or more years of experience in Branch Banking Operations, Treasury Management Services, and/or Lending Deposit Sales or related experience.

Intermediate knowledge of sales and service experience in deposits or treasury management products.  

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking, and loans. treasury management, and other commercial banking products and services. 

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards, and practices. 

Strong speaking and writing skills for internal and external audiences. 

Compensation: Salary range for new hires is generally $54,910.00 - $64,600.00 for Las Vegas, NV. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned and restricted stock.
