Responsibilities Oversee inventory and estimates of food and beverage costsSchedule all front of house suite team members for eventsAssist with the hiring, training, and development of suite team membersReview financial information and monitor budgets to ensure efficient operationsInspect suites, kitchen, and storage areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of previous hospitality and high-volume dining experience requiredStrong knowledge of food and wineBasic knowledge of cost control measures and profit and loss Ability to problem solve and operate in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work flexible hours, including nights and weekendsNo college degree requiredPhysical Requirements Standing and walking for entire length of shiftAbility to lift up to 50 poundsShift Details
