Premium Courtside Manager - Wells Fargo Center
**Job Description** Aramark is currently seeking a Premium Courtside Manager to support Wells Fargo Center, home of the Philadelphia Flyers and 76'ers! The Premium Manager is responsible for overseeing overall courtside operations including restaurant, concessions, and catering operations for various special events. As the Premium Manager, you will establish and maintain strong relationships with VIPs and high caliber clients. Additional information below or click here (https://careers.aramark.com/benefits-compensation/) to learn more. **Job Responsibilities** + Oversee a variety of courtside special events, adapt to the needs of the event by managing restaurant, concessions, and/or catering operations + Develop and maintain effective rapport with VIPs and high caliber clients + Assist clients in planning special events and providing creative solutions to clients? needs + Deliver consistent quality in planning and carrying out events + Facilitate the delivery of prepared food and set up of events crafted from banquet event orders + Recruit, train, schedule and develop team members + Ensure compliance with all food, occupational, and environmental safety policies At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. In order to meet our commitments, job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice. **Qualifications** + Bachelor?s degree preferred _or_ at least 2 years of related experience required + Previous management or supervisory experience in special events, hospitality, or catering required + Ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships required + Must have excellent interpersonal communication and client relation skills + Must be comfortable working in a collaborative team dynamic + Complete Food Handlers and Alcohol Service Certifications as required + Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs. and ability to stand for extended periods of time + Must have availability to work event-based hours including evening, weekend, and potentially holiday hours \#FS-200 **Education** **About Aramark** **About Aramark** We are a leading global provider of food, facilities and uniform services to education, healthcare, business & government, and sports & leisure.
