Premium Finance Support Specialist

Premium finance allows our clients to pay for their premiums in the form of quarterly or monthly installments. The Premium Finance team is responsible for implementing process changes, training and supporting client service staff with this process, problem-solving finance issues that arise, and maintaining relationships with finance provider to drive revenue growth.

The Role

The NA Premium Finance Support Specialist would be primarily responsible for helping to push large account renewals within the company. This includes parsing and sorting target lists to determine which accounts fit within the initiative, use internal systems to identify the designated client team members, outreach to those team members including providing them with any relevant marketing materials, and connecting them with the team lead if troubleshooting is needed. Additional duties include outreach of past due accounts to reduce potential losses, maintenance of the WTW premium finance website, upkeep of all hosted documents and shared team lists, and support of other team members with marketing submissions to secondary partner markets. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

Performance Objectives: 

Work with premium finance provider on product development, testing, training, research and reporting to increase revenue.  Support relationships with client service staff in order to maintain and expand loan volume by identifying problems and providing solutions. Support quoting activities and provide coaching and training to client service staff as needed Analyze various reports from agency management systems and premium finance service provider to increase premium finance volume and minimize lost premium finance contracts/revenue. Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions within Premium Finance process Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings Maintain and update records in various locations such as shared drives and Microsoft Sharepoint sites  Work closely with Premium Finance Director to ensure integrity, accuracy and completeness of data
 

The Requirements 

Working industry experience in a client or carrier facing role (preferable)BA/BS degree or equivalent Highly articulate and able to communicate and influence with confidence and credibility at all levelsProficiency with MS Office Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, innovative and creative with technical aptitudeAbility to work autonomously or within a team, while working against tight deadlinesMust demonstrate attention to detail, with a high-level focus on qualitySelf-motivated, independent workerAbility to interpret financial dataExcellent verbal and written communication skills Flexible approach and willing undertake additional responsibilities within team as and when required

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

Compensation
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
