What you'll do:
In your role as an SAP Business Process Senior Consultant: Process Mining, you will provide consultancy services, both onsite and remote, through project engineering, assessment, and safeguarding services.
Your key tasks will include:
Work in collaboration with our customers to thoroughly understand their business scenarios, challenges, and processes Employ the Signavio Process Intelligence solution, using process mining concepts and other process analytics techniques, to find areas for process improvement Lead and design tailored process analysis efforts to gain insights into process behaviours and performance, identifying potential areas for improvement Oversee and manage customer engagements from gathering business requirements to the development of process-specific event logs, data models, and analyses Actively participate in the team to support the development and growth of the Signavio Process Intelligence expertise Develop and share best practices and content for our internal and external communityWhat you bring: To succeed in this role, you should ideally have the following skills and experience:
Over 5 years of pertinent consulting experience Comprehensive understanding of business processes such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Hire-to-Retire, etc., using Data Mining concepts Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP), data extraction, data analysis, and reporting Strong competency in SQL, database technologies, ETL, and/or programming languages (Java, Python, R, etc.) Experience (preferably) with process mining tools (including Signavio, Fluxicon, Celonis, ARIS Process Performance Manager, QPR, and more) Proficiency in process management concepts, BPMN 2.0 process documentation, BPM technology, and more Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and documentation skills Strong stakeholder management and time management skills Ability to solve complex problems Prior experience in a team lead role preferred A drive for continuous self-improvement, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly in a global environment Willingness to travel occasionally to various regions for both customer and internal requests Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines High level of customer focusMeet your team: You will form part of our esteemed Premium Hub CoE (Center of Expertise) Ireland team, an organization dedicated to delivering optimal outcomes and experiences for our customers globally via premium advisory, support, and services.
