We are currently hiring Accounts Payable Team Lead in the Hub Financial Center (HFC), the centralized accounting team for HUB International. The Senior Accounting Associate is the bridge between Accounting Associates and the department leadership team.
 
What you’ll do

Driving day to day structure to align with department workload and manage resourcesContinuously foster an engaged and welcoming environment with the HFC purpose in mindEstablish and engage in daily connects that allow for collaboration, discussion, and solutionsInvest in the development and growth of team membersSupport Leadership with department’s goals and efficienciesIn depth understanding of Excel to interpret department’s healthComplete other projects and duties as assigned

What you bring to our team

Requires at least 1 year’s team lead experienceMust have excellent written and verbal communication skillsIntermediate/Advanced Word and Excel Skills requiredPossess strong analytical and problem-solving skillsHave a high degree of accuracy with a good eye for detailDemonstrate ability to take initiative and achieve results in a fast-paced and growing environmentPreferred a minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting/finance fieldMust have flexibility of working additional hours as needed based on business needs
