PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Northwestern University and Legends announced a multi-year partnership that will integrate data and analytics, marketing, premium seating, and general ticket sales initiatives into a single revenue-driven approach to support the New Ryan Field project. New Ryan Field will provide Northwestern donors, alumni, Wildcat fans and local Chicago businesses with the premier facility in college football. In addition to leading the New Ryan Field project, Legends will also be responsible for managing data intelligence, marketing and ticket sales for Northwestern Athletics Football at current Martin Stadium and Men’s and Women’s Basketball programs.

Then join Legends as a Premium Sales Representative with our Northwestern University project.
The Premium Sales Representative is primarily responsible for driving revenue and hitting sales goals and will lead new business generation in the premium seating areas of new Suites, Loge Box, and Club Seating associated with the New Ryan Field project. The Premium Sales Representative is responsible for engaging and converting existing Northwestern Athletics donors and ticket holders, while also identifying new prospects interested in purchasing premium seating. This position will be focused on prospecting, appointment setting, executing on-campus and out-of-off sales presentations and securing premium seating commitments. This person should be results driven, possess an optimistic team-first attitude and a desire to be the best. They will also support sales through season, group, corporate hospitality and premium seating packages for the Northwestern football, men’s basketball, and women’s basketball programs. We are seeking an experienced team member with a positive, results-oriented approach to sales and VIP experience, who can communicate clearly across all platforms and work diligently to identify and convert new ticket members. The Premium Sales Manager will work under the guidance of the Vice President, Premium & Ticketing.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Execute face-to-face meetings, both on and off campus, to share overview of project, 2025 premium seating opportunities, new premium seating opportunities for New Ryan Field, and secure seating commitments Perform accurate and skilled deal closings Utilize the New Ryan Field Preview Center to host on-campus sales presentations. Prospect and cultivate new sales leads through creative lead generation methods, as well as follow up on leads provided by partner Conduct sales conversations via phone presentations, in-office meetings/sales center presentations, and meetings at stadium. Entertain and nurture relationships with clients and prospects through creative means including but not limited to networking events, speaking engagements, one-on-one dinners/lunches, prospect sampling at games, seat visits at games, open houses at stadium, and outside meetings. Provide high-end service for our Premium Season Ticket Holders, including but not limited to renewals, collection of payments, receiving executed seating contracts, cross-selling as needed. Enter all pertinent prospect and customer information in our CRM platform for efficient reporting and historical purposes Meet or exceed all individual and team new business sales goals associated with the new premium seating products Serve as the expert both internally amongst Northwestern Athletics and externally with all sales prospects on all elements of New Ryan Field Project, the various stadium enhancements and premium seating amenities. Must be willing to work non-traditional hours, weekends, events and game days The candidate will be accountable for certain levels of activity (calls made/appointments set) and goalsQUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree 3+ years of prior sales experience is preferred Prior experience selling six and seven figure deals in the professional or collegiate sports and entertainment industry is preferred. Prospect and cultivate new sales leads through creative lead generation methods, as well as follow up on leads provided by partner organizations. Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact comfortably and effectively with internal and external clients at all levels of an organization Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills a must Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while remaining organized, efficient and calm under pressure Ability to prioritize and meet competing deadlines independently Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Proficient in software programs including Salesforce CRM and Paciolan Effectively communicate with donors and C-level clients Resourceful, innovative and forward thinking Ability to generate new business from companies and individuals not currently supporting Northwestern Athletics. Ability to handle heavy volume of outbound and inbound phone calls and emails Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail Candidate should possess an optimistic team-first attitude, as well as a competitive desire to be the best COMPENSATIONCompetitive hourly range $26.00 - $28.85 plus bonus potential, commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.
