Surrounded by thousands of acres of Ozark Mountains, Thunder Ridge Nature Arena immerses guests in the great outdoors while entertaining them with some of the biggest names and events in the country. Bass Pro Shops founder and noted conservationist Johnny Morris is the driving force behind the 18,000-capacity arena, located in Ridgedale, Missouri, just a few miles outside of the entertainment center of Branson, MO. Thunder Ridge Nature Arena combines the natural beauty of the Ozarks with stunningly beautiful architecture that seamlessly integrates into the surrounding environment. The venue will offer unmatched premium experiences with luxurious state-of-the-art suites, boxes, and premium lounges.
The Role:
As the Premium Seat Sales Coordinator, you'll be an integral part of the Premium Seating & Experiences Department, collaborating closely with the Director of Sales to manage various revenue streams, including suites, boxes, memberships, hospitality events, and other programs. Your role demands strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills, in addition to a commitment to delivering high standards of customer service. We're seeking a passionate and motivated individual to provide exceptional support to our guests, ensuring a memorable hospitality experience during live events while driving revenue growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist the Director of Premium Seat Sales in coordinating and managing the Premium Seating & Experiences Program to drive revenue and deliver exceptional experiences.Cultivate positive relationships with cross-functional departments, including ticketing, food & beverage, operations, and marketing.Contribute to revenue generation through market research, developing deal proposals, and participating in networking events.Manage transaction paperwork for new and renewing premium accounts, including contracts, invoices, and payment plans.Collaborate on marketing strategies and social media campaigns with the Director of Premium Seat Sales and the marketing team.Manage the onboarding process for annual premium clients, including account set-up, online catering system access, and addressing general inquiries.Coordinate logistics and ensure seamless execution of premium seating arrangements during events, collaborating with various departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.Support the creation of sales proposals, event recaps, and reporting to generate revenue and track performance.Manage accounts receivable by collecting payments and maintaining the expense tracker, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.Liaise with clients and the food & beverage department to align catering and special requests, ensuring client satisfaction.Ensure prompt and accurate distribution of tickets, parking passes, and relevant credentials.Update the client email database and facilitate regular communication through online channels.Assist with inventory management and mobile ticket distribution for all premium accounts.Qualifications:
Associate degree or higher in a relevant field preferred.Experience in sales support, customer service, event management, or hospitality, preferably in a similar role.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Archtics, and CRM systems preferred.Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills.Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Flexibility to work a schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.Capability to work independently, exercising judgment, initiative, and multitasking.Reliable transportation required.Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervises part-time event staff on occasion.
