Job Summary Join our dynamic at Chase Field as a Premium Suites Dessert Cart Runner/Food Runner and contribute to the exceptional guest experience in our premium seating areas. As a Food Runner, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality food and service to our VIP guests, ensuring they have a memorable time during events at the ballpark. + Greet guests in friendly and welcoming manner; ensure a welcoming atmosphere at all times. + Provide exceptional, friendly, and courteous service to guests throughout the event. + Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of menu and available products. + Deliver and serve food and beverages; ensure correct placement of dishes and quality meets Levy Core Signature standard. + Communicate special requests, allergens, or modifications to appropriate kitchen or serving staff. + Prep dessert including stocking inventory, prepares suite platters, ensure cleanliness of cart and prep area, pulling product needed, making candy bags and other preparation duties. + Manage dessert cart sales for each suite, utilizing upselling techniques to meet sales goals. + Retrieve and verify food orders from the kitchen; ensure accuracy and presentation adheres to Levy Core Signature standards. + Deliver food orders to Suites accurately, promptly, and ensure timely service to guests. + Prepare guest checks, process payments, and ensure accurate transactions; adhere to Levy Cash Handling Policy. + Ensure food items are properly stored, labeled, and dated according to standards, following food safety guidelines. + Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked food running station and service areas. + Ensure work area remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety and sanitation requirements. + Completes opening and closing duties including cleaning tasks, setup, preparation in assigned area, reconciliation, daily and monthly inventory. + Collaborate with FOH and BOH team to promote a positive environment, smooth operations and timely service. + Performs other duties as assigned. Required Skills: + Excellent customer service skills; ability to interact professionally and effectively. + Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. + Knowledge of food safety regulations, best practices, and sanitation requirements. + This position may require the following valid certifications; ServSafe Food Certification, ServSafe Alcohol Certification, and Maricopa County approved Food Handler certification. + Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for stadium events. Qualifications + Previous experience in the restaurant and/or sports entertainment industry. Physical demands: + Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, ranging 6-12 hours, during events or as required by operational demands. + Must be able to perform physical tasks, including walking, standing, ascending/descending stairs, as necessary. + Exposure to heat, steam, and cold temperatures within the kitchen environment. + Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 75 lbs. + Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel as needed.
