Job Description:

Our mission is to provide incredible service and a one-of-a-kind dining experience for our guests. As a Prep Cook, you’ll work to ensure guests are presented with a meal they can’t receive elsewhere. In this position, you will use a passion for preparing food to develop the skills needed to succeed in the restaurant environment. What will I do?

Ensure incredible service is provided by effectively handling a variety of tasksFollow proper recipes, knife skills and cooking techniques to provide consistent ingredients and finished productsBalance prep work while ensuring guests meals are prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high standardsComply with applicable State Restaurant Health Codes and Regulations
