Job Description

ROLE OVERVIEW

Safely strip and wash plates while meeting all specification and quality requirements. Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with all other team members throughout your shift. Actively maintain a clean and organized 5S work area and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

COMPENSATION: $23.92/hour + $1.20 for working nights and 1.5x pay on Sunday's!

SHIFT: 2-2-3 Rotating Shift (5:00-5:00)

Act as a safety leader and puts safety first in all responsibilitiesSupport and actively participate in department process improvement and safety initiativesPromotes safety culture by positively communicating safety concerns/risks to co-workers, Leads, Supervisors, Managers, visitors, and all others in the facilityImmediately notifies Co-workers, Leads, and Supervisors /Management of Quality concerns/issuesMaintain a respectful and collaborative work environmentRemove plate material from sleeves and cylindersOperate the plate cleanerAssist other team members with retrieving and putting away sleeves and cylindersAnalyze problems and troubleshoot solutionsMaintain company requirements for food safety and cleanlinessAdditional duties as assigned
