Job Family Definition:
Responsible for architecting solutions that will achieve customer business outcomes either within a specific technical domain, or across the broader company portfolio (hardware, software, services, and as a service offerings) in combination with all necessary third-party components (e.g. software and integration). SSA (Senior Solutions Architect) at HPE have a unique opportunity to work with our most exciting clients on innovative solutions in Telecom, manufacturing, financial services, public sector, media and health & life sciences amongst others. Candidate will work with data scientists and technology experts to design unique solutions for our customers. This is achieved through interactive requirements gathering, determination of best fit solutions based on problem solving approaches, integrated solution design based on multiple technology types, and a strong ability to present and articulate solutions to senior members of the customer teams.
Successful candidates will provide both solution and technical leadership in creation and delivery of solutions including technical architecture, design, build and maintenance of large-scale computing solutions and development of customized Data Management, advance analytics & AI/ML solutions leveraging legacy enterprise environments and new data sources from inside and outside of the customers own technical ecosystem.

Responsible for providing a detailed technical architecture, sizing, preparation of bill of quantities/material, delivery effort estimation and other proposal artifacts for enterprise solutions in the Data Management, Advance Analytics & AI/ML.Creates solution blue prints using HPE as well as 3rd party products, creates technical solution writeup, diagrams and presentations to make comprehensive proposals for customersCollaborate with various sales teams to generate leads and opportunities and provides technical leadership in qualifying, structuring, proposing and winning opportunitiesPrepares and leads POCs as required by customer. Has technical hands on expertise to configure and demonstrate POC as needed.Regularly leads cross functional teams at times including technical management of client staff assigned to implementation team in the completion of one or more solution requirements, architecture, or implementation deliverables.Helps conduct internal solution reviews with various stake holders, provides peer reviews and propagates collaborative environmentOwns structuring of deals including commercials by working closely with commercial architectsDevelops and interacts with partner eco-system to support solutions, conducts solution reviews with partners and prepares competitive and alternate partnering strategiesProvides advanced technical consulting and advice to proposal efforts and solution design.Provides consulting advice to customer senior Information Technology (IT) leadership and sets strategic direction for customers based on HP’s solutions and products in the Big Data and Analytics space.Works with peers outside immediate organization to define and characterize complex technology or process problems and/or develops new solutions, yet works independently to drive technical solutions to a problem.Produces strategies which assist HPE in becoming No. 1 in the market place.Actively participates in HPE professions program and Practice Improvement activities.Leads technically significant work on enterprise scale projects.Is recognized by peers as an expert in the Data Management, Advance Analytics & AI/ML space.What you need to bring:
Education and Experience:
10+ years of professional experience and at least bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study.Knowledge-based and experienced-based relevant industry certifications are strongly preferred.Knowledge and Skills:
Demonstrates ability to develop solutions that can be used at multiple customer sites to enhance the availability, performance, maintainability and agility of their enterprise.Experience in working with BFSI & Public sector/Government customer is a MustDetailed know-how on architecting solutions on cloud technologies and should have knowledge of offerings from AWS, GCP, Azure.
