The Early Intervention Specialist provides services tochildren with a variety of developmental disabilities or delays.  The Early Intervention Specialist works withchildren in a variety of settings to help implement personalized focused treatmentprograms to increase positive outcomes and independence. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Supports children and their families with developmentaldisabilities, mental health or behavioral disorders, etc.   Conducts referrals, intakes, and screening relatedactivities   Carries out therapist-prescribed interventions  Assists with physical and motor skills development Assesses delays with cognitive, adaptive, social/ emotionalskills and communication skills  Provides administration and scoring of development usingappropriate assessment tools  Provides service coordination activities  Works in conjunction with a multidisciplinary team todevelop and implement goals and objectives Participates in evaluation/assessment process asapplicable 

Minimum Requirements:
