Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position as a Senior Presentation Specialist in New York. This role is crucial in providing presentation services for our clientele, focusing on creating, editing, and troubleshooting various types of documents to support our client's brand.
Responsibilities:
• Using independent judgment, establish procedures, standards, and formats to create, proof, or complete presentation requests to client satisfaction.
• Utilizing appropriate logs and tracking software for all presentation work.
• Performing tasks in presentation design, including but not limited to creating pitch books and materials, editing, and error correcting multiple document types.
• Demonstrating proficiency in using equipment, technology, software, and hardware necessary to perform job functions.
• Communicating effectively with team members, lead supervisor or client on job or deadline concerns.
• Meeting contracted deadlines for service delivery to our clients.
• Troubleshooting basic software or hardware problems.
• Promoting a proactive environment of continuous service enhancement and relationship building with clients.
• Performing Quality Assurance on own work and the work of others as requested.
• Adhering to policies in addition to client policies.
• Using equipment and supplies in a cost-efficient manner. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office functions, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential.
• Familiarity with various office procedures and policies is required.
• Expertise in handling materials and maintaining logs for the same is needed.
• Experience in design, particularly for presentations, is crucial.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate with team members effectively.
• Knowledge of hiring processes and enhancement strategies is beneficial.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware problems and perform necessary upgrades.
• Strong understanding of brand awareness and its importance in presentations.
• Quality Assurance skills to ensure the highest standard of work.
• Editing skills to refine presentation content for maximum impact.
• Proficiency in using computer hardware and software tools.
• Strong relationship building skills to foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment in decision-making processes.
