Responsibilities: • Utilize Adobe Acrobat for creating and editing presentations • Leverage ADP - Financial Services for managing financial data • Use Confluence for effective team collaboration and project management • Handle CRM for maintaining and managing customer relationships • Ensure efficient Data Processing for accurate customer records • Employ the 'About Time' software for effective time management • Showcase excellent communication skills for addressing customer inquiries • Adhere to compliance standards within the financial services industry • Deliver exceptional customer service to meet client needs • Carry out accurate data entry tasks to maintain customer records. Requirements • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat is required. • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is necessary. • Experience with Confluence is expected. • CRM skills are needed. • Data Processing abilities are essential. • Knowledge of About Time software is required. • Exceptional Communication skills are desired. • Compliance understanding is necessary. • Customer Service experience is a must. • Data Entry skills are required.
