Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Presentation Specialist in the Advertising industry. The role is fully remote and based in New York, United States. As a Presentation Specialist, your focus will be on developing templates and potentially designing them. You will be collaborating and communicating with different departments to understand their specific needs and deadlines. Responsibilities: • Collaborating with various departments to understand their presentation needs. • Developing engaging and inspiring presentation templates. • Potentially designing the templates in addition to creating them. • Prioritizing work based on deadlines and importance of the templates. • Presenting the developed templates for approval. • Handling potential additional deadlines post the initial deadline. • Processing and maintaining accurate records of the work. • Handling customer inquiries and resolving them efficiently. • Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions. • Translating created templates into Canva format. Requirements • Proficiency in using Adobe Acrobat for creating, editing, and managing PDF documents. • Knowledge of ADP - Financial Services for managing payroll and HR services. • Experience with Confluence for project management and team collaboration. • Understanding of CRM systems for managing customer relationships and interactions. • Ability to perform Data Processing operations efficiently. • Familiarity with the time-tracking software, About Time. • Exceptional Communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients. • Understanding of Compliance requirements in the advertising industry. • Excellent Customer Service skills to manage client expectations and needs. • Proficiency in Data Entry tasks with high levels of accuracy and speed. • Experience in using Canva for creating engaging graphics and presentations. • Knowledge of Google Slides for creating, editing, and sharing presentations. • Proficiency in using Keynote for creating detail-oriented presentations. • Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations.
