Description We are offering a contract for a permanent employment opportunity for a Presentation Specialist in San Francisco, California. The role is within the industry, and the workplace is fully remote, covering afternoon, evening, and Saturday shifts. Responsibilities: • Design and format new and existing PowerPoint presentations, with a focus on creating complex financial charts • Maintain the firm's brand integrity in all presentations • Execute instructions accurately in all tasks • Create and manipulate vector graphics in Illustrator and images in Photoshop • Collaborate effectively with the team over zoom, IM, and email, while also maintaining the ability to work independently • Flexibility to work overtime shifts and holidays • Handle large amounts of data within Excel • Apply a strong background in graphic design and comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to all tasks • Utilize skills in PowerPoint to create complex charts • Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines • Communicate effectively in both oral and written form • Interact professionally and collaboratively with both clients and co-workers • Maintain high proofreading skills and fine-tuned attention to detail. Requirements • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a role as a Presentation Specialist or similar. • Proficiency in using tools such as Microsoft Excel and Adobe Photoshop. • Expertise in creating and modifying charts and graphs. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Experience in creating financial presentations and familiarity with financial charts. • Ability to create compelling and engaging presentations using PowerPoint and other presentation software. • Experience in creating presentation decks and graphics. • Knowledge of data mining techniques. • Background in graphic design.
