Are you ready to take on the role of Preservation Coordinator for our client in the Green Steel/Green Hydrogen market? As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of preservation and maintenance activities until handover to the client. Join us in Boden, Sweden and be a part of this exciting project!   Role Overview Collaborate with various departments to ensure all preservation requirements are met from equipment purchase to handover to the client. Implement lubrication schedules for rotating equipment as part of the Pre-Commissioning Execution Plan. Execute plant preservation activities and maintain accurate records in accordance with the Preservation Plan. Supervise a team of multi-discipline personnel to perform and maintain all preservation and maintenance activities at the site. Coordinate the safe and effective utilization of materials, equipment, and personnel assigned to the preservation/maintenance team. Analyse repair orders and coordinate resources, materials, tools, and methods required.   Skills & Qualifications Strong understanding of preservation and maintenance concepts, principles, and practices. Experience in the Oil & Gas or Power industry in a preservation or maintenance position. Ability to read and understand technical documents such as P&ID's, SLD's, Isometrics, GA's, and Vendor O&M manuals. Specific experience in machine shop operation or repair of major equipment. Broad technical knowledge of construction, commissioning, and completion activities. Proficiency in MS Office suite and ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to both engineers and non-engineers. Excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt to the needs of various discipline groups. Valid driver's license for site in Sweden. Fluency in English.   Education & Experience Engineering degree or equivalent diploma preferred. Experience on EPC projects in a supervisory position as a preservation or maintenance lead/coordinator. Experience in the Oil & Gas or Power industry in a preservation or maintenance position.
