Key Responsibilities: + Maintain, inspect, and qualify all tooling and Fixturing for Plant 1. + Use equipment provided to verify and qualify tooling. + Perform all levels of preventive maintenance and basic repairs of fixturing. + Organize and stock both tooling and fixture components as needed. + Work with Setup Techs and Team Leads to ensure all setups are done on time and correct the first time. + Clean all fixtures and tooling before and after each setup. + Use thorough knowledge of safety and environmental polices and procedures to recognize potential safety hazards. + Follow all Pre-set Work Instructions and Standard Work. + Manage return and tooling repair thru shipping authorizations. + Keep track of all components replaced in arbors (collets, expanders, etc.). + Use Zoller Measuring Machine to pre-set tooling where applicable. + Use Tool Tower to ensure spare tooling and fixture component inventory levels are correct. + Perform weekly cycle counts on fixturing, spare parts for fixturing, and tooling. Qualification and Skills: _High School diploma or equivalent, Career Readiness Certification_ Desirable: Three or more years experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Experience in an ISO9000 or QS9000 environment is preferred. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Lean Enterprise experience.
