Come join us! **Position Overview:** We are currently seeking an experienced, strategic, and dynamic leader to join our team as future President to help drive our growth, innovation, and operational excellence. The successful hire will assume the role of President when the current President retires towards the end of 2025. This position will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the company’s operations, including strategy development, business growth, client relationships, financial performance, and overall organizational leadership. This is a high-impact role that will require a visionary leader with the ability to execute and inspire teams across multiple functions. The President will work closely with the board and staff to set and execute the company’s long-term vision and goals. **Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + **Business Development:** Drive business development and market expansion, identifying new opportunities and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders. + **Client Relations:** Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring that customer satisfaction and service quality remain at the forefront. + **Strategic Leadership:** Develop and implement the company’s strategic vision, goals, and business plans in alignment with market opportunities, industry trends, and organizational objectives. + **Operational Management:** Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and high standards of service. Optimize processes, systems, and teams across inspection and testing services. + **Financial Oversight:** Manage the company’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring that financial goals are met. Implement strategies for growth and profitability. + **Team Leadership:** Lead, motivate, and inspire to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages innovation, excellence, and professional development. **Qualifications:** + **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred. Candidates with a Masters in Business Administration, or a related field will be considered for the position as well. + **Experience:** At least 10-15 years of senior leadership experience in the special inspection and materials testing services industry or a closely related field. This experience should include P&L management experience of at least a $20M - $30M P&L. + **Proven Track Record:** Demonstrated success in leading a company or large division, including growing revenues, managing large teams, and achieving financial and operational goals. + **Industry Expertise:** In-depth understanding of the special inspection and materials testing services sector including best practices.
