Come join us! **Position Overview:** We are currently seeking an experienced, strategic, and dynamic leader to join our team as future President to help drive our growth, innovation, and operational excellence. The successful hire will assume the role of President when the current President retires towards the end of 2025. This position will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the company’s operations, including strategy development, business growth, client relationships, financial performance, and overall organizational leadership. Candidates with a Masters in Business Administration, or a related field will be considered for the position as well. + **Experience:** At least 10-15 years of senior leadership experience in the special inspection and materials testing services industry or a closely related field. This experience should include P&L management experience of at least a $20M - $30M P&L. + **Proven Track Record:** Demonstrated success in leading a company or large division, including growing revenues, managing large teams, and achieving financial and operational goals. + **Industry Expertise:** In-depth understanding of the special inspection and materials testing services sector including best practices.
