Key Responsibilities:
As the President of Home Health, you will:
- Lead Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement strategies that align with Mission Healthcare’s goals, driving growth and expanding market presence.- Ensure Operational Excellence: Oversee clinical and administrative operations to ensure compliance, efficiency, and quality of care.- Champion Quality of Care: Foster a culture of innovation and excellence in patient-centered care.- Manage Financials: Oversee budgeting and financial performance, implementing cost-control measures for sustainability.- Develop Talent: Recruit, mentor, and lead a talented team, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and values.- Drive Business Development: Build strong relationships with referral sources and community organizations to increase referrals and drive market expansion.- Enhance Patient Engagement: Ensure patient and family needs are prioritized, promoting a compassionate and personalized approach.- Ensure Compliance: Develop risk management and compliance programs to align with regulatory standards.- Engage Community: Represent Mission Healthcare in the community through public speaking, partnerships, and advocacy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.- Extensive experience in senior leadership within the home health care industry. Proven track record in strategic planning, business development, and team leadership.- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and financial analysis.- Commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care.- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.- Willingness to travel as needed.
