The TCHP President will partner with TCHP physician leadership to drive growth, clinical, operational, and patient experience excellence as part of the integrated delivery system. They will have oversight for all matters related to overall medical group performance, inclusive of operational, clinical, and financial metrics, and will enhance a culture that promotes the highest quality of care across all sites, developing relationships between physicians within the group, the Hospital and hospital-based physicians, other clinical hubs, and other clinical partners to provide the optimal patient experience through the continuum of care improvement. They will build a cohesive, high-performing medical group that is focused on service excellence, patient-centered care, and continuous improvement through the development of successful performance improvement standards and practices. They will create a highly attractive and high performing practice environment for physicians, advanced practice providers, and staff. The TCHP President will work closely with the Network’s Chief Medical Officer to coordinate and ensure accountability for quality-of-care delivery across TCHP, its ambulatory sites and achieving the goals of TCHP that are in alignment with the strategic goals of the Network related to quality, safety, experience, affordability, and cost-effective care delivery. They will be a critical thought leader with responsibility for strategy development and execution for ambulatory care and be actively engaged in driving the strategy, growth, and alignment of internal and external physician relationships within and across TCHP and the Network. They will work collaboratively and cohesively with the Service Line Executive Directors and Executive Medical Directors to incorporate service line strategies within TCHP and be committed to a culture that is supportive of physicians and fosters their professional development. The TCHP President will have accountability for medical group performance related to population health measures in accordance with value-based care initiatives, ACOs and other risk-based contracts and alternative payment models of which the Network as made the decision to engage in.
