Job Description
The CNC press brake machinist will be responsible for setting up material and machine offset on a CNC press brake to blueprint specifications, editing and manipulating code on the CNC press brake to run new jobs and parts, changing out machine tooling to meet fabrication requirements, loading and unloading machines with hoists, jib cranes, and overhead cranes with raw material and finished goods, and performing quality inspection of all machined parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and CMM/Faro.

Work Environment
This is a climate-controlled machine shop with efficient material flow, broken up into cell groups. The machining area is located on the far east end of the production floor. Machinists work in designated areas with no more than 2 machinists per cell. The building has good ventilation, though occasional welding on galvanized steel may create a haze from the chemical reaction to heat.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
