Set up and program CNC press brake machines to form metal parts according to blueprints and specifications.

Job Requirements:

Experience with CNC press brake machine setup and programming Ability to adjust tooling and machine parameters for accuracy and efficiency Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and work orders Familiarity with quality control procedures and tolerances Knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting

Preferred Skills:

Experience with multiple types of press brake machines and control systems Understanding of different metal types and forming techniques Ability to optimize machine settings for production efficiency

Job Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC press brake machines to produce parts within specifications Adjust machine settings and tooling to ensure quality and precision Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to verify compliance with specifications Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues as needed Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace Document production processes and report any discrepancies or defects

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
