Job Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a press brake operator

Proficiency in bending processes

Ability to interpret dimensions and calculations, including working with decimals for precise measurements

Competence in selecting appropriate dies for tasks

Capability to analyze diagrams to determine the sequence of bends for accurate part formation

Preferred Skills:

Experience with setting up and operating machinery such as brakes, rolls, sheers, saws, and presses

Skilled at reading and interpreting blueprints and engineering specifications

Knowledgeable in selecting, positioning, and securing blades, cutters, and fixtures on machines

Vigilant in observing machine operations to make necessary adjustments or programming changes

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure machines are operating at full capacity while being well-maintained

Stock machines with required materials and perform periodic output checks

Review finished products for quality assurance before proceeding to the next production step
