**Job Title: Press Brake Operator**
**Job Description**
Program, setup, and operate a CNC Press Brake, preferably Amada. Communicate effectively with production leads and inspect production parts to ensure quality standards are met.
**Responsibilities**
+ Program, setup, and operate a CNC Press Brake, with a preference for experience with Amada machines.
+ Communicate with production leads to coordinate workflow and troubleshoot issues.
+ Inspect production parts to ensure they meet quality and specification requirements.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of 2 years experience in CNC Press Brake setup and operation.
+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting 2D prints, 3D models, and work instructions.
+ Knowledge of cutting tools, speeds/feeds, and CAT40 tooling setup.
+ Ability to use basic measurement instruments to verify components meet requirements.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with Amada CNC Press Brake is preferred.

**Work Environment**
Work the 2nd shift from Monday to Friday, 3:30 pm to 12:00 am, with an additional shift pay differential. Enjoy a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks, scheduled by the manager. The work environment supports collaboration and precision, with a focus on safety and quality.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Kearny, New Jersey.
