**Job Title: Press Brake Operator** **Job Description** We are looking for a skilled Press Brake Operator to setup and operate Cincinnati and Baykal Presses. You will be responsible for running various jobs with tolerances in the .005 - .035 range and thicknesses from .020 to .250. You will assist engineering in calculating flat layouts, and will handle both short and long run jobs, which will involve multiple setups. Ensuring quality throughout all stages of the process is crucial, including providing 1st and last pieces to quality for inspection. **Responsibilities** + Setup Cincinnati and Baykal Presses + Run various jobs with tolerances in the .005 - .035 range and thicknesses from .020 to .250 + Assist engineering in calculating flat layouts + Handle both short and long run jobs, involving multiple setups + Perform quality checks throughout all stages of the process + Provide 1st and last pieces to quality for inspection **Essential Skills** + Experience with brake press machines + Proficiency in Press Brake operation and setup + Troubleshooting skills + Ability to use calipers and micrometers **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 1 year of Multi Axis and Setup experience of a brake press + Experience with Cincinnati or Baykal Presses is a plus **Why Work Here?** Join a team where your skills in precision and quality are highly valued.
