Job Title: Press Brake Operator
Pay Rate: $22.50 - $24.50/hr
Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining press brake machines to shape, bend, and cut metal parts with precision. Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate press brake machinery to bend, shape, and form metal parts in compliance with engineering blueprints and job specifications.Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders to determine product specifications, tooling requirements, and the sequence of operations.Install and adjust tooling, configure machine settings, and modify parameters based on material type, thickness, and production needs.Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality and accuracy standards, adjusting machine settings as necessary.Perform routine maintenance on press brake equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs, to ensure optimal machine performance.Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.Strong knowledge of press brake operation, tooling setup, and metal fabrication processes.Ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and work in an industrial manufacturing environment.Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy in machine setup and product inspection.Proven ability to maintain a high standard of safety and adhere to operational guidelines.Why Join Us?
