**Job Title: Press Brake Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator with experience in aerospace sheet metal fabrication. The candidate will use a 3-axis press brake and work with PC controls (OMADA machine) to form aluminum and stainless steel parts. **Responsibilities** + Calculate bend allowances for formed parts. + Identify appropriate tooling for part designs. + Setup and program the press brake for jobs. + Form parts according to specifications and confirm that formed parts meet all requirements. + Ensure quality procedures are used correctly, so that products adhere to requirements. + Identify parts that are nonconforming to requirements and follow the appropriate procedures to control nonconforming product. + Package completed orders and complete all required documentation. **Essential Skills** + Experience with aerospace sheet metal fabrication. + Knowledge working with PC controls (OMADA machine). + Competent knowledge of aerospace metal forming of aluminum and stainless steel. + Ability to calculate bend allowances. + Ability to setup and program a 3-axis press brake. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with CNC and machine operation. + Ability to lift, carry, push and/or pull 1 – 50 lbs frequently. + Ability to squat/kneel, bend/stoop, twist/turn, grasp and reach overhead and outward frequently. + Ability to sit, stand, and walk for 1 – 10 hours per day. **Why Work Here?** Our 2023 benefit package includes Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage starting on the 1st of the month after 30 days, Life Insurance, Short Term and Long-Term Disability, 401k Plan participation with company match, Paid time off/Personal Days, and 8 Paid Holidays. **Work Environment** Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment that may expose you to loud noises and machinery with moving parts.
