Summary: Seeking a Press Brake Operator to efficiently operate computer-controlled machinery for producing formed parts while ensuring quality and safety standards.

Requirements:

Operate computer-controlled press brake machine. Read production paperwork to determine manufacturing specifications. Check parts using calipers, micrometers, and height gauges. Load correct programs into control systems. Measure parts for conformity to print specifications. Determine material suitability for production requirements.

Preferred Skills:

Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and problem-solving. Capability to read blueprints and monitor equipment calibration. Experience with control language and specific computer functions for setup and operation.

Responsibilities:

Produce formed parts for additional operations or direct sale. Ensure all production paperwork, including quality records, is completed accurately. Maintain a safe, clean work area per facility policies (6S Standards). Wear required safety equipment and follow Safety Policy guidelines. Perform basic setups involving noncomplex bends and assist with Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Pay Details: $14.00 to $20.00 per hour
