**Job Title: Fabricator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with fabrication equipment such as punch press, press brake, and shear. You will be responsible for cutting railings, working off of blueprints, and performing brake press work, plasma cutting, and saw operations. Experience with brake press is preferred, but we are willing to train candidates with a basic understanding of changeovers. **Responsibilities** + Operate punch press, press brake, and shear equipment + Cut railings to be welded + Work independently to keep welders supplied + Perform brake press work, plasma cutting, and saw operations + Work off of blueprints **Essential Skills** + 6 months of fabrication experience in a manufacturing setting + Ability to multi-task with brake press, saw, and plasma machines + Blueprint reading experience + Ability to read a tape measure **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Setup level experience on a Brake Press + Forklift certification **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a smaller shop feel with plenty of room for training and growth. Our team is a good group to work with and we emphasize a small-town feel and cultural fit. The work schedule is Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday from 7:30 am to 11:30 am. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
