Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and inspecting sheet metal parts processed via a Cincinnati brake press. You will need to consider bend allowances, blueprint call outs, and overall product tolerances. You will also be responsible for changing out tools and dies per orders, using a forklift to move materials, and verifying order completion using production management software. Training will be provided for any skills you do not already possess. The average bends per part range from 2-3, but can be as many as 12. Average run sizes range from 100-200, with some orders reaching up to a couple thousand parts. Specifically, you will be running about 6,000 parts per order.

Work Environment
You will be working in a medium-sized sheet metal job shop that handles a combination of short and long run parts, as well as simple and complex parts. The facility is very modern with a paperless mentality, as everything is digital.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shakopee, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
