This is an exciting opportunity to apply your technical expertise and contribute to high-quality manufacturing in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate an Amanda Press Brake, following the correct sequencing for fabricating sheet metal. + Accurately identify the correct gauges and stock materials based on blueprints. + Safely lift up to 75lbs as required during the production process. + Adhere to all safety protocols and operational standards. + Conduct basic troubleshooting and maintenance to ensure smooth operation. + Maintain precision and quality while meeting production goals. **Requirements:** + Minimum 1 year of machine operating experience in a manufacturing setting. + Proven experience operating a Press Brake, with a solid understanding of bending processes. + Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints for proper material selection. + Experience with sheet metal fabrication, including using calipers and micrometers to measure for accuracy. + Familiarity with production equipment and hand tools used in a manufacturing environment. + Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. **Ideal Candidate:** + Demonstrates a strong understanding of press brake operations, including tool selection and setup. + Able to calculate bend allowances and ensure accurate bend angles. + Prioritizes safety and is committed to maintaining a safe working environment. + Works well independently and as part of a team to meet production targets. + Has a proactive approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting. **If you are passionate about working in sheet metal fabrication and have experience with press brake operations, we want to hear from you!** Apply today to become part of our dedicated team. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
