**Job Title: Press Brake Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Press Brake Operator to join our sheet metal production team. In this role, you will be assembling and working with air duct systems, utilizing hand and power tools to fulfill custom orders. You will need to read schematics to determine the proper assembly of duct systems and perform quality checks to ensure the safety and integrity of the products. **Responsibilities** + Assemble and air duct systems using hand and power tools. + Read and interpret schematics for proper assembly of duct systems. + Perform quality checks on products to ensure edges and siding will not harm workers. + Lift and handle products weighing 50+ pounds daily, with assistance for heavier items. **Essential Skills** + Experience in assembly work. + Proficiency in using hand and power tools. + Ability to read and interpret schematics. + Capability to lift 50+ pounds. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Comfortable working in elements, especially in hot warehouse conditions during summer. + Ability to stand for 10-12 hours a day. + Willingness to work 25-30 hours of overtime per week during peak season from September to December. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees, which includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, critical illness, accident, and hospital insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan with pre-tax and post-tax contributions. Safety and teamwork are paramount in this role, and you will be working closely with other employees to handle heavy products. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
