Press Brake Operator II- Direct Hire
**Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Hopkinton, NH who is looking to hire on an additional Press Brake Operator II on 12nd shift! ***This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity***** **Position:** + Press Brake Operator II **Pay Rate:** + $23.00 - $27.00/hr based on previous experience plus a 10% shift differential **Schedule:** + 2nd Shift Work Schedule: 4 – 10-hour shifts + Overtime as necessary + Flexible scheduling in agreement with supervisor **Job Summary:** The Press Brake Operator II must be an individual who can adapt to a fast paced, Sheetmetal shop environment focusing on on-time delivery of parts. This person must have a strong work ethic, be willing to learn and ask questions about manufacturing processes. They will be responsible for setting up and operating the press brake under minimal supervision, while also forming parts. This person must be able to efficiently produce high quality parts. **Essential Functions:** + Operate Press Brake safely with minimal assistance + Set up machine with proper tooling required to produce products + Ability to check parts to print (angles and measurements) + Adjust machine as necessary to produce parts to print + Ability to Set up machine to be able to produce hems and offset bends + Form parts with multiple bends (6+) + Handle parts with care to avoid damage + Other duties as assigned **Qualifications:** + Ability to read and understand blueprints + Basic knowledge on angles and measurements + Basic shop math + Ability to use basic inspection equipment height gage, calipers, pins, and protractors **Education and Professional Experience:** + High School diploma or GED required + Experience in prototyping is a plus + 2-3 years’ experience forming/manufacturing required **If you are interested in this position or others available, please apply with an updated resume or call Matt Cram at 603-373-4122.** Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401k plan.
