Requirements are a must:
The setup operator must have experience in the following areas:
Setting up brake presses, be familiar with various fixtures hand tools, etc.
Be able to check parts from setup to part prints.
Be familiar with different type measuring devices used in checking parts such as mikes, squares, venier, calioers, etc.
Must be able to read and understand work center layout along with work order to produce parts.
Must be able to determine by measurements the proper gages of steel.
