A press brake operator's job is to use a press brake to bend, cut, and shape metal into tools, equipment, and other components. Their responsibilities include: + Setting up the machine: Review blueprints to understand what part to make, and then prepare and set up the machine accordingly + Operating the machine: Use the machine to bend, cut, or shape the metal + Inspecting the product: Check the finished product for defects and compliance with quality standards + Maintaining the machine: Perform routine maintenance on the press brake, and ensure it's working well and stocked with materials + Maintaining the work area: Keep the work area clean and organized + Ensuring materials are available: Make sure there are enough raw materials on hand + Adjusting the machine: Make adjustments to the machine to control the speed, material feed, and path of the bend **Pay Details:** $20.00 to $20.50 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
