Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Ayer, NH to bring on an experienced press break operator who can also set up a machine. This is a full-time, direct hire position. **Pay:** 30.00-$40.00/Hour **Hours:** 7:00am – 3:30pm Monday – Friday **Position Title:** Press Break Operator/setup **Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Press Brake Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure precision in manufacturing processes while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH SHEET METAL. **Key Responsibilities:** + Follow standard operating procedures for Press Brake processes. + Accurately input quantities and data into our computer systems. + Utilize inspection tools to verify parts against specifications and inspection plans. + Perform precise mathematical adjustments to angles as needed. + Properly orient parts for optimal processing. + Select and retrieve tooling from inventory as specified in the CNC program. + Load tooling in the sequence outlined by the CNC program. + Thoroughly read and interpret blueprints, focusing on tolerances, geometry, material thickness, and special instructions. + Review job orders for any additional directives. + Adhere to safety protocols by wearing the appropriate protective equipment. + Understand and comply with safety requirements in all work areas. + Effectively utilize material data sheets. **Skills and Qualifications:** + Proficient in CNC interface and manufacturing software. + Strong ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools. + Familiarity with basic geometric concepts for making adjustments. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively. + Proven teamwork skills with a collaborative mindset. + Adaptable and proactive in identifying and addressing challenges. **Education and Experience:** + Minimum of 2 years of experience with Press Brake and CNC operations. + Proficient in blueprint reading. + High school diploma or equivalent. + PLUS if you have used a Cincinnati **If you are interested in this position, please apply to this posting with an updated resume!** **Pay Details:** $30.00 to $40.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
