Press Machine Operator Manufacturing St. Paul, MN, US Pay Rate Low: 21 | Pay Rate High: 23 + Added - 08/11/2024 Apply for Job _Our Press Machine Operator position is a great opportunity to work for a company with an excellent working environment that offers awards, recognition, and advancement opportunities to their employees!_ **Pay:** $21-$23/hr **Schedule:** Night shift OR Weekend shifts available Night shift- Mon-Thu 3pm-1:30a Weekend Shift- Fri-Sun 5am-3:30p **Type of Job:** Direct Hire **Press Machine Operator daily tasks** : + Able to set up and run basic jobs with little or no assistance utilizing press diagrams, videos and work instructions. + Perform quality inspections per Quality Department procedures and Engineering work instructions and document results. + Responsible for accurate documentation of inspection. + Positively contributes to company’s safety, quality and production goals. + Able to understand and accurately interpret prints. + Responsible for leading a team of associates that may be assigned to your press to ensure that they are inspecting, catching, stacking, bagging etc. to meet the requirements of specific project you are running. + Responsible for evaluating the team and adjusting what they are doing to efficiently process product on press. + Responsible for escalating when material usage or time allotted for set up are being exceeded. **Press Machine Operator Requirements:** + High School Diploma or equivalent + 1+ years of Rotary Press experience and/ or training from a trade school + Medical Manufacturing experience is a plus!
