Position Duties:
Press Maintenance Supervise preventive maintenance schedules, preventive and predictive inspections, and repairs to minimize downtime. Coordinate and schedule manpower and materials to meet maintenance requirements to minimize downtime; coordinate maintenance activities with other plant operations. Conduct root cause analysis of downtime issues to prevent recurrence (4D process) Work with ME/PE to launch new programs or equipment, optimize floor layouts, coordinate equipment refurbishment, and develop standardized PM programs from FMEAs Execute prioritized daily maintenance activities (predictive, preventive, and crisis maintenance,) obtaining full utilization of the workforce while optimizing available opportunities for all maintenance. Provide input to MPS for weekend and shutdown maintenance planning Use Maximo for Maintenance (MFM) to document all maintenance activities (crisis and planned); provide quality assurance of MFM inputs to enable in-depth data analysis Perform other related duties as requiredFor more information on salary and benefits, click here: https://fordcareers.co/GSRnon-HTHD

Minimum Requirements:
