Press Operator
Our client, a leading printing manufacturer is currently seeking experienced Press Operators (Flexographic) for 1 st & 2 nd shift. These are direct-hire opportunities with great benefits. **Position Title: Press Operator** **Pay Rate Range: Up to $34/hr. depending on experience.** **Schedule(s)/Hour’s 1st shift :** **6:00am – 4:05pm, Monday-Thursday** **2nd shift: 3:55pm – 2:00am, Monday-Thursday (+2hr shift diff)** **Location: Wilmington, MA** **Responsibilities Include:** + Efficient setup and operation of a flexographic press (Arsoma, Gallus, or Nilpeter flexographic press). + Focused on meeting specifications in product quality, safety, and effective management of material and product waste. + Working with a team, collectively ensuring the press is stocked with all necessary materials. + Support and contribute to an innovative culture, striving to create and develop new products. **Qualifications Include:** + High School degree or equivalent + Two or more years in printing, flexographic experience required (Arsoma, Gallus, or Nilpeter).
