Made Possible.** **Press Operator** **2nd Shift** **Job Duties/ Responsibilities** **:** + Responsible for set-up and maintenance of the press + Examine job order to determine quantity, stock specifications, color, and special printing instructions + Examine printed copy to complete all necessary quality checks + Ability to adjust feeder and delivery + Remove and replace worn rollers and adjust pressure between rollers as needed + Ensure quality and production standards are met + Lead, give direction to, and help train press crew + Complete end-of-shift reports and ensure accuracy of data that’s entered in SAP + Ensure information is communicated between shifts **Job Requirements/ Qualifications:** + **MUST** be current Press Operator or Press Assistant OR have previous printing experience + Ability to work with minimal supervision + Ability to understand technical written and verbal instructions + Strong computer skills + Ability to accurately distinguish color variation + Ability to direct and mentor a team + Must be able to work other shifts if needed and perform overtime work as required + Solid verbal and communication skills + Frequent lifting (up to 40 pounds), bending and turning **Graphic Packaging is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
