Summary: Seeking a Press Operator to set up, maintain, and operate printing presses ensuring quality and efficiency.

Job Requirements:

Ability to do general math

High school diploma or equivalent

Experienced in mechanical or print-related field

Experience in hot stamping

Preferred Skills:

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Job Responsibilities:

Read and understand job ticket instructions; set up press accordingly

Perform make-ready and ensure quality meets customer and company standards

Set up plates, dies, and counters per job instructions

Pre-set tooling for locking dies and stripping unit

Maintain quality control during runs; approve jobs for next department

Monitor waste as all products are customer supplied

Maintain press logs and counts for accuracy on all jobs

Perform daily, weekly, monthly preventative maintenance on the press

Keep department clean and organized

Cross-train on other equipment as needed for coverage during high workload periods

Input times and counts into the computer; complete required paperwork

Pay Details: $20.00 to $30.00 per hour
