**Job Title: Press Operator - 3rd Shift** **Responsibilities** + Operate 400-ton presses to produce automotive parts. + Set up press machines and perform preventative maintenance as required. + Ensure parts meet quality standards using various measurement tools. + Maintain an organized and clean work environment. + Read and understand safety and standard operating procedures. + Maintain a safe working environment at all times. **Essential Skills** + Previous press operation experience (1+ years). + Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. + Ability to work overtime as required. + Must be able to wear PPE (steel toe shoes, hard hat, ear protection, eye protection) for the entire shift. **Work Environment** This position is for the 3rd shift at a large automotive manufacturing facility with over 400 employees. The facility operates 24/7 with three shifts: 3rd shift (10:50pm-7:10am). Candidates may be required to work up to 12-hour days and weekends as needed. Initial training will most likely occur on the day shift for one week or a hybrid schedule. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $23.60 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
