This includes ingredient blending, flour tanker unloading, process water temperature control, cooling water controls, vacuum and boiler systems gauge and thermometer readings, dryer temperature and Humidity controls, and delivery of the pasta to the designated destination. Control of the equipment within parameters requiring a minimum hourly check of all major indices, including gauges, moisture content readings, drying controls and computer trend data systems, all with the aim of reacting to the data in a correct direction.
