Miller Brother Staffing is looking for Punch Press Operators for our valued Client in Canfield, Ohio. 

Pay: $14.25
Shift: 1st 6am-2pm and 5am-3pm

Job Summary: 
Operates Various Punch Press Machines to finish and produce metal parts, Usually assigned to one machine but is capable of working any machine on a given day due to job demands. 

Job Duties
Punch Press Single person operation  lifts part over head to handle length and loads into machine clamps part down and cycles the press unloads part and palletizes on skid Stalking Machine Performs visual QC and uses power sander if problems are noted, wipes off with scotch guard pad Loads material into machine either in multiples or individually; loads cap and fixture into machine then operates machine  Moves part to stake machine operates machine and palletizers part Vibro Debur Machine: Carries bucket of parts up to machine opening, pours them in, then operates machine  Machine runs for 15 minutes deburring parts by vibration  Uses a hose while machine is running to blow chips off of parts, chips off of parts, then unloads machine Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 30lbs repeatedly over head Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours Must have basic math skills  Must have reliable transportation  Benefits:  Available once hired on. 401k with a 50% match Raises based on performance at yearly evaluation  Company paid life insurance: $5-$10k Medical, dental and vision: Company pays 70% of premium for all plans.  One week vacation after one year of employment Two weeks vacation after three years of employment  Two personal days once hired-on After hired-on, one personal day added every three months INDGEN
