Join our team and help build engineering solutions that change the industry. **The Role** The Pressure Control Sales Representative is responsible for managing and developing customer accounts, identifying opportunities for new business, and facilitating communications, both internal and external, to ensure customer needs are met. They will grow revenue and market share while optimizing sales opportunities through in-depth knowledge of client activities and plans. **Job** **Duties/Responsibilities** **may include, but are not limited to:** + Build relationships with customers and cultivate accounts into long-term customer alliances + Develop Tender/Proposal Strategy and prepare/negotiate associated sales quotes + Develop and manage sales strategies including account targets, account playbooks, and customer engagement plans. Maintain opportunity pipeline in internal online systems. + Keep abreast of new products, specifications, industry trends, competitor strengths and weaknesses and communicate new information to COMPANY colleagues + Attend industry sponsored trade shows and seminars + Work as liaison between the COMPANY and the customer ensuring all needs are met and regular performance reviews are scheduled + Provides input and assistance to other functional areas including Quality, Service and Safety to improve processes and customer satisfaction levels. **Basic Qualifications:** + Experience in the Permian Basin & Relevant Industry sales contacts + Customer Relationship Management + Must be at least 21 years of age. + Have a clean driving record, which generally means: + No more than (2) moving violations within the last 12 months. + No more than three (3) moving violations in the past three (3) years.​​ **Top Candidates will have:** + 5+ years of Oil & Gas experience. Pressure Control (flow iron, missile, frac tree, zipper, etc) Equipment & Services experience preferred **What You Have – Skills, Knowledge, & Experiences:** **Customer Focus** : Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions. Level Working Knowledge: + Discusses industry-specific flagship products and services. + Demonstrates current knowledge of the regulatory environment for industry segment. + Describes the contribution of own function as it relates to the industry segment. + Participates in major industry professional associations; subscribes to industry-specific publications. + Currently works with a major industry segment and associated functions and features. **Negotiating** : Knowledge of successful negotiation concepts and techniques; ability to negotiate successfully across the organization and with external vendors and clients in a constructive and collaborative manner. Level Extensive Experience: + Ensures negotiators have awareness of complementary yet diverse interests. + Successfully completes significant negotiations, both internal and external. + Details the risks of negotiation breakdown from each party's perspective. + Protects own position, while demonstrating willingness to achieve win-win. + Identifies similarities and differences in position and assesses impact on discussions. + Detects and addresses lack of progress or a stalemate. **Relationship Management** : Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers. Level Extensive Experience: + Communicates to clients regarding expectations of all parties. + Participates in negotiating the terms of the business relationship. + Conducts periodic reviews of work effort, progress, issues, and successes. + Maintains productive, long-term relationships with clients or vendors. + Creates opportunities to educate support teams on client priorities. + Empowers others to establish collaborative, healthy relationships. **Account Management** : Knowledge of account management; ability to manage day-to-day activities, providing services and support to existing clients.
