**Pressure Operations Specialist**
**Position Summary**
Develops, implements and keeps records of operational procedures and guidelines in Pressure Operations. Provides administrative and technical support for Pressure Operations including maintain regulatory records & data to internal group for auditing purposes. Maintain training schedule. Develops weekly on call schedule for Pressure Operations.
**You Will:**
+ Develops, implements, and keeps records of operational guidelines
+ Provide administrative and technical support for Pressure Operations
+ Maintain regulatory records & file records accordingly on Share Drive
+ Maintain spare parts inventory for Pressure Operations
+ Analyzes performance of pressure regulating equipment
+ Develops reports of corrective actions performed on regulating equipment
+ Maintains records of proper permitting for Pressure Operations facilities
+ Schedules work to be performed inside customers homes
+ Assists Senior Specialist, Manager, and project managers as needed
+ Responsible for the development and maintenance of Pressure Operations intranet
+ Proficient use of MS Excel and MS Word
+ Order supplies and materials as needed for projects
+ Assists in accuracy of Tensing Mobile GIS mapping
**You Have:**
+ High School Diploma/GED required. Associate Degree preferred
+ 2+ years Operations
+ Ability to use computer software and applications, including MS Office for data management, research, and analysis purposes
+ Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and effective working relationships with business partners, supervisors, and peers
+ Demonstrate ability to present ideas logically and concisely both verbally and in writing
+ Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and analyze multiple scenarios in solving broadly-defined business problems
+ Demonstrated working knowledge of: scheduling system for weekly work schedules; operation and maintenance of mechanical and electronic equipment; process control theory; math and analytical skills; technical writing for procedure reviews and updates; applicable Federal and State Regulations
We offer a competitive salary range of $62,000 to $90,500 per year, commensurate with experience, education, and skills. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
