As a Pressure Pumping Assembly, Maintenance & Overhaul Manager, you will be responsible for:
Contributing to the development of an operational year plan for own department activities of the teamSuggesting improvements in products, processes and procedures.Maintaining assigned trucks, oil field surface equipment related to cementing, coiled tubing and stimulation operationsFacilitating third-party repair of equipment when requiredAnalyzing and interpreting data from environmental tests and troubleshoot equipment problems.Providing supervision, mentorship and leadership of technicians in the absence of the supervisor/managerMaintaining equipment records and filing systems as part of quality control and assurance programs

To be successful in this role you will:
Have bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a diploma / GED with at least 5+ years of experience in pressure pumping).Have 5+ years maintenance related experience in mechanical functions in Tubular Running Services (TRS)Have the ability to read, write and understand the English languageHave good mechanical aptitudeHave proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, hydraulic, assembly prints and parts lists and follow formal procedures and maintenance practicesHave extensive knowledge and expertise of hydraulic circuits and ability to troubleshoot faults
