College or university graduated higher education holder in mechanical engineering.

机械专业大专或大学学历。

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Shell Gasification operations or support such as maintenance, equipment inspection, equipment reliability, ATO etc.

最少有5年的壳牌粉煤气化装置操作或维修、设备检查、设备可靠性管理等的经验。

Interpersonal skills and ability to participate in teams for problem solving and project work
Strong communication skills.

良好的人际沟通技巧和能力，团队协作能力强。

Written in English.英语阅读、书写能力较好

Familiarity with ASME and GB Codes and API recommended practices is desirable.

熟悉美国机械工程师协会和国标规范和美国石油协会推荐的工作标准和实践。

  Knowledge and understanding of local statutory / regulatory inspection requirements.

  懂得和理解法定的压力系统和机械完整性管理法规和检查要求。

  Desirable to have Piping stress analysis experience

1.    Responsible for developing and implementing inspection, upgrades, and problem solutions for Gasification Facility Pressure System, relief valves, Fire Detection and Protection Systems, Life Support Systems and Critical Safety Systems and UPS.
负责气化装置压力系统、泄压装置、火灾探测及保护系统、生命支持系统、关键安全系统、不间断电源、锁开阀系统等的日常检查、升级、问题解决。
2.    Development of Gasification Facility Pressure System Maintenance Plan and Mechanical Integrity program, under the guidance from PSM and MIQA manuals
在工艺安全手册、机械完整性和质量手册的指导下, 负责制定气化装置压力系统维修计划和机械完整性管理程序。
3.    Inspect Pressure Systems (including Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Fired Heaters, Converters, Storage Tanks, Furnace, Piping, etc) during plant outages / normal operation and evaluate results for recommend repairs.
在工厂停车时或正常生产时检查压力系统（包括压力容器，热交换器，火焰加热器，储罐，加热炉，压力管道等），并针对评价检查结果提出维修的建议。
4.    Develop inspection / test plans for fabrication of Pressure System equipment. Inspect during fabrication / installation.
负责制定压力容器制造的检查/测试计划，并在制造和安装时按程序文件进行检查。

5.    Interpretation of corporate standards as well as “recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices” such as ASME and GB Codes and API Documents to sites in JVCO. 
坚持把空气化工压力系统和机械完整性管理的工程实践和标准引入到合资公司，如美国机械工程师协会标准（ASME）、中国国家标准(GB)和美国石油协会标准(API)等。
6.    Assume a role in incident investigations and Apollo Root Cause Investigations of incidents.
在事故调查和阿波罗根源分析调查中承担重要角色。
7.    Participate at professional association meetings to determine best practices being used in the industry and apply them to JVCO Gasification pressure systems.
参与专业相关的技术管理交流会议，将正在行业中使用的最佳实践应用到合资公司气化装置的压力系统和机械完整性管理工作中。
